Veterans United was great! This was my second home purchase through Veterans United. Hanna Mohesky was my loan officer, and she was outstanding. She was patient with me and all of my questions. She kept me updated through out the whole process. I would highly recommend Veterans United.
Only two issues. One, the closing costs were estimated at 10-15k initially but were closer to 20k. Second, my wife’s name was not on the deed at closing. Others than that, everything was great.
I would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who asked. They kept their word and stuck with me from start to finish, just as they said they would!! Thank you for making the move so much less stressful.
Bryan was great and honest every step of the way. I really was worried, but Bryan was able calm us down and was with us every step of the way.

Everything went great up until the final closing estimate. Not to many single mom's are fortunate to have approx $20,000 extra for closing costs. So it was a shocker from estimate to final.
We were extremely satisfied with all that occurred this last month leading up to our closing. All questions and issues we had were quickly addressed and solved even after hours. All persons we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful.
Overall very helpful staff. Casey and Markita were very helpful throughout the process as a first time buyer. Communication was great regarding issues that arose throughout the process. Would highly consider both of them for any future endeavors
Mike Smith and his team stayed on topic from start to finish with daily and some times hourly updates. It was truly amazing to be a part of this process and watch the team address obstacles and overcome them. I closed on time, Mike and Lora were great at keeping everyone focused, informed and on task including me. I thank the entire team for navigating a complex task with many moving parts and keeping everything on track.
I would recommend Veterans United to any one! The team of Andrew Beckett was excellent and made my experience very pleasant. This was my first time getting a VA loan and going through the loan process. Everyone was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. They would explain everything to make it understandable and easy. Don't get me wrong I was anxious throughout but at the same time comforted with the team working for me! Thanks Veterans United for getting me to close!
I would absolutely recommend Ross Pierson! Everything else was a hassle.
