The timeline was extremely short, and the VU team worked hard to make it work. They were responsive and proactive, respectful and supportive.However, as great as the team was, the communication channels/medium was cumbersome. It wasn’t clear who did what on the team and when I needed to be talking to one team member vs another, and that was difficult once or twice when a pressing development occurred and answers were needed quickly.
Veterans United and Mike Harrison helped us conquer the challenges of new construction every step of the way. He was always helpful and encouraging. Now we have a home that we always wanted but never dreamed we could have.
