I thought the team did extremely well. They were in contact and always followed up on outstanding request. They also kept me informed and on top of responsibilities. They made sure everything was done correctly. I am thankful for that.

I started last year researching how to refinance my house. I appreciated David because he did not pressure me in the early stages of this refinancing process. I put it off for a few months and I did not get hassled for the delay. I also spoke to Kristy during David's absence and she had such a sweet and gentle voice during my fears of refinancing.
