Nick Intrieri is AMAZING, and so was everyone else on his team and by his side. He helped us secure our first home, and potential forever home; in an extremely challenging Central Coast of California market that is highly desired for retirees with little to no new housing being developed. Cannot say enough, I can say this though. Our agent (Brooke Sutton) was so impressed with Nick she has highly recommended that my best friend from the Nuclear Navy uses him as they are looking to buy very soon near us; I linked them up today.

Overall, I had a positive experience working with Veterans United for my home purchase in Chicago. The team handled the VA loan requirements and appraisal efficiently and I appreciated the clear communication regarding the conditional approval and final clear to close.However, there were a couple of minor issues. I experienced some communication delays around some questions regarding my mail forwarding and the final cash to close was significantly higher than the initial estimate provided by the lender, which felt abnormal and was a bit of a surprise at the end. Despite these hurdles, the team ensured we stayed on track for a successful closing.
This was our first home, so I had no idea of what to expect when it came to take those first nervous steps. Then I found Veterans United while scrolling through Facebook, and my journey began. Will had such a great personality and helped me 100% along the way. If I had questions, day or night, I knew I could call will and he made sure I was satisfied! Thanks will for all you have done and continue to do for my fellow brothers and sisters in Arms! Our family is a happier family now that we have a place to call home!

From the start with encouraging words every time we talked, through the paperwork jungle that was completed, through to the "fully funded" stage, and even after closing - Daren Bodine (and his team) is wonderful.
And what would I have done without Selina Culp? She was always patient when I had such a long list of questions. She kept the process moving along. She has such a friendly sweet voice and so encouraging!
