This is my second time going through Veterans United, they will be my first call in the future.
The whole process was super easygoing, they ask for quite a few documents but it is understandable. If anything isn’t right or missing they are very clear on what is needed. If I had issues with the builder or realtor Skylar, Presley, Lynn and the whole team were on top of everything. This has been my second great experience with VU!
By far the best home loan company I've ever worked with. They are veterans taking care of veterans. I will always use their services in the future. I will recommend Veterans United to my closest friends in the future as well.
Don't go with any other company than VU. You will be short-changed if you do.

There should be a contact that you can meet with and/or who could help older people that do not know computers and smartphones.
The process is not hard or complicated to people who know what they are looking at.
