The loan team we were assigned was incredible! They were constantly keeping in touch with us and going above and beyond to make sure our loan was approved and we experienced minimal stress.

The inability to use "cash", which is criminal conduct by these institutions is a disgrace.
When no one gets the buyer any answers, or the loan officer makes a mistake, then i get told " its not masons fault he made a mistake", sucks. Whos fault is is it that mason didnt do his job ? Me ? I would have nicer things to,say if these two guys admitted they made some serious mistakes, but apologizing to the guy whomhas to pay the difference because of their incompetence, apparently is out of the question.
Every person we came in contact with was friendly and available. We felt that going through the finance portion of buying a home was easier than finding the home.
