“Excellent Overall Experience” would be the tagline for this review. The loan team and the online process and “ToDo” list allowed for an efficient, streamlined and painless refinancing process. If you are a veteran and you are looking to finance, refinance or refinance with cash out by using a VA Home Loan, you found the right organization. Veterans United has created a first-class business model with a formula, which ensures the best customer service I have ever seen.Once you are assigned a loan team, they will be by your side every step of the way. In today’s environment, trying to get a home loan, or any loan, can seem similar to splitting an atom. Veterans United does a great job removing the headaches.It is important to know that I rarely write reviews. This is due to the fact that I do not feel the need to announce a negative experience, as one never really knows why the experience was negative. Maybe everything that could have gone wrong, did! The organization or the individual employees may or may not be at fault. If they are then it is possible they simply dropped the ball, which happens from time to time. If I have a positive experience and I simply get what is expected, I am again not likely to write a review, as the results were what I would have expected and paid for. That said, in my opinion, when the individual employees or owners of an organization go the extra mile to create an extraordinary result, then it should be acknowledged and shared with the public. This was my experience working with Veterans United. It is my hope this review will be taken seriously by the reader and that the reader will chose Veterans United. My experience with Veterans United Home Loans was OUTSTANDING! My loan officer Cindy Tolster is the true definition of how professionals should operate their business. Cindy's attention to detail and her warm welcoming customer service got me to the finish line of the loan process without any serious delays. The "to do list" on " My Veteran's United" page was easy to understand and constantly updated when a task was completed. I always had a live person to speak with over the phone if I had any questions.

My experience with VU is rated well over 10! I have now bought 3 houses, sold 2 houses and refinanced twice all with help of Daniel Heggarty. He has always been honest and straightforward. I’m not a business transaction, I feel like I’m apart of the family. He’s always returned my calls over the years to answer my questions about the market and my house. He’s even called or emailed me on a few occasions just to inform me of news worthy stuff that might affect my situation. His team has always been just as helpful, responsive and just down right nice. I’m sticking with VU and I feel you should too.

One of the easiest closings I ever had. Mystle, Amanda and Jordan were available for questions and answered promptly. The even provided numbers for utility companies, movers, and other information to make my transition smooth and less stressful … if I ever move again or have friends or family moving, I will highly recommend them.
