The Veterans United team I was assigned to has truly changed my family's life! My loan officer Kevin and his team helped me through the entire process. I had several questions and got them answered. The concierge (Allie) was so excited for me when I found the house and we talked often even when I got frustrated, it was like speaking with a friend. The loan specialist Matthew worked closely to get me all the information and give direction/guidance on how things worked. I needed that since this was my first home buying experience and I did it without the help of a relator. The entire team helped me accomplish my goal and explained things to me when I got frustrated. I was so thankful to have this experience and would recommend Veterans United to family and friends.
