Don't just tell me you're going to fix the communication. Make sure it's fixed. I should not have to complain several times on this one issue. Make sure all your people are fully trained. Not having dealt with certain issues is no excuse for poor job performance. If you don't know, ask. Your phone message says you're not endorsed by the VA. Even if they could endorse you, I doubt they would.I agree to allow Veterans United Home Loans and it's affiliates to use my name and the reviews provided in promotional materials.
