Very straight forward and simple home buying process for a first time home buyer. They made the process easy for us to understand and communicated every step of the way. They even sent us a gift basket including toys/treats for our pup that we only mentioned once! Between their easy process and Nico's attention to detail, we couldn't have asked for a better experience from this team!

Daren Bodine and his team were excellent. Great communication throughout the entire process. I was being impatient wanting to move into the new house and they all delivered. Started with a 5 September close date and ended with a 21 August close date. Very happy homeowner

Very excited about closing on my new Lake home. That being said, I’m inclined to rate VU team with a 10. In this case however, they were truly great in every respect from my questions and helping me to understand my options moving forward through the process. I asked for a fairly quick closing and they made it happen.
