Craig and Daniel were right on point during the whole process. If I had an issue or saw a potential challenge, they were already working on that issue and the whole process remained fluid. If I had a question on something, it was answered both professionally and quickly.Just them being on point and heading off any difficulties took alot off the process itself. They were always available and always kept me informed on how everything was going at each step. Veterans United were a pleasure to work with. Greg Heins and Kate Keating provided excellent service. Not only did we close on time, closing costs were less than expected. My wife and I got the seller to pay closing costs and since the closing was less, we received money back at closing.
