The ONLY issue I had was Communication.
Both Drennan and Anthony could communicate a little better. it was not bad, however a buyer looking for a loan wants to know what is happening quite often. As you know a loan is one of the most important things in a persons life.They were still EXCELLENT however. I will recommend them every chance I get THANKS
Megan and Kath were very helpful also. They came up with many ideas for me and getting me there to North Carolina. What a pleasure to work with. The only bummer for me is that I will not get to talk with them again.

After dealing with other financial institutions and having problems pop-up, you can easily get discouraged and skeptic about the possibility of getting a mortgage. I was referred to Veterans United by the local American Legion and I don't regret the call. The process seemed alot easier than previous attempts to secure a mortgage. After the first call with Ryan Williams I was impressed with the speed at which things moved forward. Still waiting for that gotcha moment. But it didn't come. A couple hiccups came and were dealt with. Everyone was always courteous and professional throughout the process.
