The market was timed incorrectly and I ended up with a 6.75% interest rate when it was 6.25 - 6.50% for weeks leading up to the close. I wished it would’ve been locked in during that time.

GREAT TEAM!!! A weird thing --- I kept getting other realtors from Veterans calling when I was already working with Matt Jimmerson. Odd.

Our loan officer Josh Hughes was outstanding. He made sure he walked us through the process and gave us options just in case something couldn’t work out, he kept us informed throughout the process and most importantly he was upfront with us no matter what. It took us under 30 days from start to finish. Also a big thank you to Adam and the rest of the underwriting team for an excellent job..


The only negative was the utilities. The portal said our electric was through one company but when we called, they didn't service us. Spent a lot of time calling around trying to figure that out. Had trouble finding internet provider too. But otherwise excellent experience!
