Max Butler joined the team late but was always responsive and helped me rapidly adjudicate a last minute change on my loan which was awesome.

Long process to find the right house that fit. Professionalism of all those involved was appreciated.

Veterans United is a cool lender.

So once you get past the aggressive phone calls when you first dip your toes in the mix, everything is great afterwords, and would highly recommend it to any vet looking to get a house, I had tried at another local bank and they were going to charge me early payment penalties. VU was upfront about their cost and what to expect, and they have lots of great information available online and were so easy to work with, they were smooth and fast with getting things done, 30 days from excepted offer to closing!!

Very responsive and on top of their game. I definitely recommend!

Very professional in there field of expertise, with great attitudes and great advice through the whole deal .

Thank you for the glasses, but most of all, all of you including assistance and underwrighting for being so awesome.

Rob and his entire loan team

Simply put, I will never use another mortgage lender. VU has been awesome for our initial purchase and our refi.

The entire team assigned to us was phenomenal. They ensured our loan was processed in a timely manner, answered our questions thoroughly and held a polite and professional demeanor throughout our home buying journey.

Jordan Williams was a great help in getting us through the hard parts. We want to thank him .

All of you vets out there, check all avenues in saving some money. One good example is the VA funding fee. True, if you have a disability that percentage will be deducted from the fee, but for those with no disability or has a low score, check to see if you can put down a small percentage of a down payment and how that will effected the VA Funding Fee. Check with your loan officer and check early in the game. Good luck and thank you for your service.

Extremely well pleased with Veterans United.

We were honestly disappointed with our experience with Veteran's United this time around. The communication was poor from beginning to end and we were often left to guess what the next steps were and often had to ask what was needed from us as our loan officer didn't seem to know. This is very different than our last experience with VU but has ensured that we will not be using them again for loans in the future. Additionally, as soon as the loan closed and we got everything set up for payments, our loan was sold to another provider which left us to start over again on that process. Frustrating from beginning to end. The only shining star was the realtor that was recommended who was amazing.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Andrew, we appreciate the chance to hear from you and we understand that the communication may not have exceeded expectations. We want everyone to feel that we go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. A member of our Client Advocate is available to speak with you and learn more about what may have caused you to feel this way. By providing direct contact information for all of our Loan team members we go to great lengths to ensure you'll have an easy time reaching out for assistance. While we cannot change the experience you had we want to ensure that no other Veterans have this same experience in the future. We are thrilled to hear that you had great communication with your agent.
