Overall I think everyone provided quality service and were very professional. I am old school and prefer being face to face, belly to belly when making large decisions such as refinancing or purchasing a home. Personally I have found that it reduces a lot of confusion and anxiety. My husband had opted to work with Veterans United so I trusted his lead. If you are o.k with online financing I would "highly" recommend this team. They certainly know how to deal with complex deals.I appreciate how knowledgeable and prompt Sam was in getting back to me whenever I had any questions. He was also very patient with us even when our stress levels were high, that meant a lot to me.Sincerely,Wendy RudyP.s. I love the charcurterie board they sent with our last name engraved on it before we even closed escrow. It was like icing on the cake.
