The invisible plus is the web portal. Now the picture of the service man sitting on his couch with his phone is a pushing the ease of the process a bit. There is work that gets you off the couch, but it makes the portal makes the work of providing documentation a managable process. The videos are helpful and there is never a point that help is not within one click away and on the visible screen. It helped us stay on track and move quickly through the process.

VU was the most patient and understanding company to work with. Their website To-Do list system is extremely helpful in being able to DocuSign everything and send photos and upload forms online. It’s very streamlined and they are very high speed, low drag.Veterans United is a GO at this Station!
