They always called back and were willing to answer a million questions a million times (many of which were repeat questions because I got anxious and needed clarity). This was by far the best and easiest home buying experience I have EVER had!!!! I love the "to do" list. You knew what you needed to gather and get to them and once it was accepted that to do would be marked off. I am a super busy mom that works more than she should and they had no problem with texting and emailing me bc due to the nature of my job I am not able to answer my phone at work. Jeff and his team have been truly a blessing and they didn't even know it! They made a highly stressful time and situation a breeze. The length of time from having an accepted offer to closing was only a few weeks so it was not an all consuming extended amount of time. Closing was quick bc I was able to e-sign lots of closing documents prior to the appointment at the attorneys office. It was much more efficient and no hand cramp from signing so many pages. I would 100% use this company and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
