It's worth the work. If u get stumped there is a team that will get you through.
Make sure you understand the process - stay on top of the process and get needed documents submitted timely. Save all your emails in case your loan officer is not responsive. Apparently you can lock in a rate during the process which our lender did not inform us of this option.
