From the first phone call I was greeted with a friendly voice that answered all of my questions and washed away any doubts that I had coming into the process. The Veteran’s United group made my first home buying process simple. I didn’t have much to do simply complete the requested documents. next go around text me to give me a heads up about upcoming emails I don’t check them often. The To-do was very helpful and beneficial it also included the document status, so there was no need to continuously call the office for status updates.

Veterans United is a streamlined process, that being said communication isn't always the best. Sometimes you may have to be proactive when it comes to getting updates from Veterans United.
