My wife and I have an issue about the items needed in the 'To Do' section coming piece meal. Certain items and issues (emergency contact, getting paperwork for our trust, etc.) could have been taken care of sooner if we knew it was a potential item we would have to complete.

Our case was difficult but Amber got us on board.
