Deanna Williams was good about making contact, but even she couldn't give us straight information. Throughout this entire process we were told one thing on this day, then something completely different on another day. Instead of having all the numbers we needed a week or two prior, we didn't know them until 2 days before closing. Kollin flat out lied to us about the closing cost and screwed the sellers, who were paying all the closing costs. We will not be using this company ever again and we will not be recommending it to anyone. We may have been "first time home buyers" but the people we surround ourselves with are not. The actions and behavior of this company are not acceptable and if we weren't already neck deep when that was realized, we would have gone to another company. Merry Christmas!
I just can’t say enough to how easy And comfortable they made what could’ve been a very scary process I would highly recommend that any veteran wishing to purchase a home to do it through this great and wonderful team
