Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. It’s not worth all the hassle these folks put you through. I feel resentment toward my own home now because as I sit in it all I can think about is how awful my experience with this company has been. A friend of mine who is in real estate tried to convince me to go another route on several occasions because of how poorly organized and operated this group is but I was already too deep into it and went through with it anyway but I wish I had listened to him. I wish I could give a -5 stars on this. Just poor on all accounts. Poor poor poor.
