Absolutely great experience, everyone on the team was very helpful and supportive and always available to help. Recommend Veterans United to anyone trying to get a loan wonderful company!

Just closed on my house 07/01 and I have nothing bad to say about Veterans United really! From start to finish everyone that played a part in this was a pleasure to work with! They always had the answers when I asked and the few times they didn't, I got the answers that I needed in a timely matter! Where I work I can't have my phone but they still stayed in touch thur emails and texts. Jaimie and her team are really the best. I think I lucked up with sure a great team. They made my FIRST time home buying experience the best. I was stress over the process but none of it came from Veterans United they made the process easy. Their to-do list was so easy to follow. I would definitely recommend Veterans United for your home buying needs! Again thank you all you guys have done!!

Awesome group of personnel to work with made everything simple and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed and got us in the house we wanted 2 weeks earlier than originally expected.

You can put your trust and faith in this team they are willing to go the distance for you great people with big objectives for me spelled a new home. Give them the chance it will happen to you as well.

Very personable reassuring.

Please make sure you give everyone great Realtor and make sure they keep communication with their client!

Veterans United is a top notch company in all aspects. Their staff makes the home buying and refinancing procedure effortless and takes all the weight off your shoulders and stress from the entire process. We cannot recommend them enough!

It was a great experience for me and I was very happy to have my family and I worked with them

Veterans United successfully

If it's your first time buying a home, definitely give Veterans United a call. They'll show you everything you need to know step my step and answer any questions along the way. Would highly recommend them to all my military family.

My closing date got pushed back twice wven though I was incredibly prompt with all requests, typically compelling everything within an hour. My appraiser went off the grid for weeks before anyone told me there was an issue and I had to call the VA myself to get an answer. In the end, we closed 4 days later than scheduled and my loan coordinator was often unresponsive to calls and texts. She would occasionally email but there were weeks at a time where I didn't know what was going on with my loan. Even on closing day, we waited at the real estate attorney's office for over 1.5 hours past our scheduled closing time for VU to send the closing packet over.
Response from Veterans United
Hello Nathaniel, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. Our team will be researching your appraisal process to determine what our team may do in the future to help prevent a similar closing delay. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how the home buying process can become stressful when working to overcome an unexpected delay. It is our goal to provide consistent and personable communication through a dedicated Loan Specialist. We would like to learn more about that experience and invite you to reach out to your Client Advocate team here at Veterans United to discuss further details on your recent experience. Providing information to our team will help us assist in training and education that will better assist further veterans
Scott Devoto and Nina Chaplain were amazing! They worked hard to get my house closed in a month!
