Jamie made the process quick and easy. She was quick to respond to questions and addressed any concerns we had. Would recommend.

The best one in the market! Good customer service provided by Nick Haller! My wife and I had a good experience!

Veterans United is the only option out there for an amazing home buying experience. The process was made so easy! If it wasnt so expensive I'd buy another house with them!!

If there was a way to make the preapproval more concrete that way when it was told The buyer was pretty approved it's almost in the sleeping 2nd time around I definitely understood more but couldn't shake that feeling that I was going to get denied at any moment

Excellent overall experience!

Veterans United offered the best rate and great customer service through the buying process. They made it so much easier than I had been told it would be!

I got a good rate and I got my home so I was happy overall. Can I say that it was a smooth and easy process?…Yes it was up until we got closer to closing, that’s when a lot of communication broke down and I felt very defeated at one point, which could have been avoided if veterans United understood that first time buyers have never gone through this process and things may need to be further explained or more clearly explained, and NOT just after a hickup is noticed. I was given a great rate and was able to find something amazing in my preapproval budget. I like that they only ran my credit one time. I sort of wish I had a better loan officer as compared to the rest of my team who I had zero issues with whatsoever. I would roll the dice and say that I would use them again if I refinanced, but I may shop around a little next time. There are loan companies that do VA loans, who also assist with a lot of fees and even closing costs, or at least have some recommendations on who can assist with additional costs. From my experience, veterans United is best if you’re not a first time buyer and have a little bit better background knowledge on the home buying process. I also wish that the loan officers were more knowledgeable of veterans and active duty soldiers, I think I would have had a better experience if my loan officer had some military background…they are fine to use, but just look around and read some honest reviews first, there are Facebook pages that give a lot of information, find the best fit for your needs.
