We really enjoyed the team approach used by Veterans United Home Loans between the loan officer, assistant, and concierge. We really felt like several people had our backs at all times during the process.Out loan officer really was there with us every step of the way from getting our pre-approval letter to the final day of closing. He was exceptionally patient with my wife and I whenever we spoke. He explained the process for what we needed to know now and what the next steps would be in the future. Whenever we sent an e-mail or left a message, he always contacted us back the same day. As first time home buyers using my VA home loan, I really do recommend this company.

My loan team was very knowledgeable and helpful. They always called back and were willing to answer a million questions a million times (many of which were repeat questions because I got anxious and needed clarity). This was by far the best and easiest home buying experience I have EVER had!!!! I love the "to do" list. You knew what you needed to gather and get to them and once it was accepted that to do would be marked off. I am a super busy mom that works more than she should and they had no problem with texting and emailing me bc due to the nature of my job I am not able to answer my phone at work. Jeff and his team have been truly a blessing and they didn't even know it! They made a highly stressful time and situation a breeze. The length of time from having an accepted offer to closing was only a few weeks so it was not an all consuming extended amount of time. Closing was quick bc I was able to e-sign lots of closing documents prior to the appointment at the attorneys office. It was much more efficient and no hand cramp from signing so many pages. I would 100% use this company and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
