Their online portal is a great tool, but overall my impression is that VU is overpriced and overrated. I felt like my team barely understood what was going on and had a hard time understanding their own paperwork (they fumbled things pretty badly close to the end). Only Jenn seemed genuinely apologetic over the mistakes that were made. Rob refused to own up, and that left a bad taste in my mouth. But, all's well that ends well. I got to closing on time and am a new home owner.
