I thought everyone was beyond helpful going out of their way to help us. I truly thank all of my loan team. My only improvement was there was a little confusion when getting documents sent between me, the realtor, and the va. However thats to be expected we are all in different states different time zones we adapted to it.
Always there when you call them. And polite with answers and they take the extra step.
I have never received such support and assistance, in some cases motivation when needed by any other organization. Veterans United was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. Special shout out to Zackary Nixon! Dude was a stud all around.
