VU needs to improve communication between loan teams and underwriters. For lack of a better term it was a sh*t show. I have never dealt with a more difficult financial institution.

VU was fantastic. As a first time home-buyer, I had lots of questions. The entire team made the process a breeze from start to finish. They were amazing throughout this process and displayed excellent knowledge of the home buying process. Although it was a lengthy process because of the home being a new construction, however, I never lost confidence in their organization. True professionals!
