So I explained this to Eric Johnson and Brittany miller. Veterans United is decent helpful and when We had questions they were answered not always in a timely manner but for the most part good about it. But the biggest issue was the realtor picked. On 3/4x in this process I called Erick to complain about on point reality. On point reality, was horrendous April the owner was our realtor and she made the home buying process so bad for us we hated it. Before I continue let me tell you I told Erick and Britney that I will not recommend soldiers nor their families to veterans United as long as You do business with OnPoint Realty. the reason for this is because our realtor April was in it for herself, she was only worried about getting paid when we found a home and gave her our due diligence of $5000 we could no longer get a hold of her. after that I would have to call Veterans United Home Loans to tell them to call my realtor to call me. And after a week and a half of radio silence she would get ahold of us like she didn’t just ignore us for a week and a half. You guys need to cut ties with her and her business. Brittany miller explained how much she really appreciated what my family and I do and explained that’s how everyone that works for you guys feels. With that being true on point reality does not show that same value. The home had multiple issues that our realtor new about but was not going to tell us. for example the HVAC was out and April was trying to rush us to close without having a home inspection, she came the day prior when we told her we were having one to try and fix some of the things inside the home. I honestly believe the worst part about all of this was April did not tell us that the realtor working for the seller was also an on point reality realtor. I brought that point up on one of the final walk throughs cause we had a couple. But It was brought to her and she just said “yes” like it was no big deal and her payday was already secured. AGAIN. I will not be recommending soldiers nor their families to veterans United long as you guys do business with OnPoint realty.
