This was not my first VA loan but it was the easiest VA loan process (or any mortgage loan process) I have experienced. The technology Veteran’s United used to fill out paper work, review, and upload paper work was very easy and convenient. My loan officer and his loan team was always in contact with me during each step of the loan process. They were also available for any questions I had. I would highly recommend Veterans United, I had a great experience with them.

VU is overall a smooth process. We found it to be super easy dealing with them as a team rather than several different companies trying to make one deal. Communication could be through text/ email and that whole team on my Lon would recieve it, we got replies within minutes. Such a smooth process and we more than likely would be using them again in the future.

Overall everything went well and happened very fast. For me being a first time homebuyer i found our house and closed under 3 months
With having most of my document done in advance there was little to do come underwriting and closing. That was a bonus in my home buying experience. I think Rachael appreciated that too.
