I reached out to Veterans United when I wanted to refinance my VA home loan because I had such a good experience with them a few years ago. I was not disappointed. The customer service is excellent, and the web interface is simple and straightforward.
As a first time home buyer, the process was made crystal clear and simple to my wife and I.
I went through the majority of the process of buying my first house while deployed. My loan taem walked me through the entire process and answered all of my ridiculous questions from beginning to end. They also helped me iron out bumps near the end of the deal proving to be crucial to the success of my purchase.

We refinanced our home and it was an easy process from start to finish. The online experience was simple and secure since we were able to upload documents instead of sending them through email. We were able to do the closing in our home, which was very convenient for us. Our Loan Specialist was Kyle Buettner and he was great. He was kind, helpful and always available. Both Kyle and Ashley Crump, our Loan Coordinator, made this a very smooth process.
It seems nothing is their fault......but I would use them again.
