Veterans United was such a friendly company and made refinancing my home such a easy process.


This was an easy, efficient process. I loved the online "to-Do" lists and ability to upload everything that they needed. VA United has responsive individuals at every level; quick response time to my inquiries.
At times I had to say to myself, "am I missing something, this is going too smoothly" until I was sitting at the closing table signing paprework and getting the keys to my new home.

If you have been looking around for a mortgage, look no further. They will ask for a ton of paperwork but they're always with you every step of the way. You cant ask for a better team to finance with.


Exceptional service: We conducted our transactions 100% online as we are posted overseas. Our team was timely, responsive, and attentive to all of our concerns with immediate follow-up. The exchange of all documents, sending; receiving; signing, and delivery was seamless and straightforward with the Veterans United “to do” lists. All of our downloadable documents are kept securely and are easily accessible to us for review within our account. With today’s technology comes ease and convenience but can be at the cost of privacy and security. From the beginning of our transaction, the layers of security were frustrating, but we quickly familiarized ourselves with the process. As a Veteran homebuyer, you will not be treated with more respect, courtesy, concern, knowledge, and financial/home purchasing acumen than with Veterans United Home Loans. I understand the loan amount is alot, and that may warrant a bit more research into meself as the borrower. However, I found it a little offensive that I was required to “explain” how my skills out of the military were to transfer to a civilian job. I have excellent credit, and make a solid government salary as a supervisor for the department of veterans affairs. I get that alot of servicemembers and veterans may not have these things, but it seemed a little ridiculous to have to provide that information. Especially since i am sure you could have located it yourself if you were really that interested.
