Before connecting with Rich, I had previously engaged with another mortgage broker, and I stumbled upon the Veterans United website while doing a comparative market analysis. Promptly after completing the web-based assessment, Rich contacted me directly to introduce himself and discuss my home-buying interests. The call was enjoyable, and Rich accepted that I was already working with a separate entity. He provided me with a short list of services he could provide on behalf of Veterans United and offered to help me if I decided to switch home loan providers. After making little to no progress with the other provider, I called Rich back a week later, and it was the best choice I've made in recent history.
