Getting out of the military was very stressful and moving to another state even worst, but veterans United made my house buying experience very easy, obviously there’s paperwork and documents required, but they’re very organized and thorough with their process. I’m a very picky person and I don’t like to wait around. She was very committed and honest with me from the beginning, that’s exactly what I was looking for, since I’m not a very patient person. Mrs Sherese kept me very informed and went out of her way many times to get things done for me, since I was not in the same state.She knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen 💯 %. She’s gonna be forever our real state agent, I recommend her 100% for anyone moving or transitioning out of the military from another country or state, she’ll search for your house and make it happen like it’s hers. Great experience! I highly recommend Veterans United. Everyone I had contact with from my loan specialist to the person who helped with my homeowners insurance was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Having used Veterans United for 2 different mortgages now (each with a refinance as well), I will never pursue another organization. Both times, we went from bidding on the home to closing within 30-45 days which is amazing. Being able to do a lot of the paperwork digitally through the portal saves times & money instead of driving all over the place to sign documents and turn in forms.

Overall I think my experience went well. There were a few areas that improvements could be made. But most of the time my calls, text and emails were answered in a timely matter. I would use veterans home loans again in the future.
Adam and his team have always been extremely proficient and professional to deal with. This was now our third closing with Adam and his team and every single one has been a wonderful experience.
