Although there were some frustrating moments. I suppose those are to be expected in the home buying experience. But the loan officers were knowledgeable about their job. And we closed on the expected closing day which was a plus.


I hope your experience is as seamless as ours!! We contacted Veterans United in mid February about getting a pre-approval and closed on our 1st home on June 4th. And that time included a little clean up on the credit score!! I'd wish you luck, but with Veterans United you won't need it!!





Jeremy was a great person to work with. The purchasing process was an overall disaster because the seller slow-walked everything-from signing documents to completing work required by the VA. Jeremy was very understanding and supportive, although a support staff member was very poor responding to voicemails and texts. My agent was fairly slow with providing updates, and only on the morning of closing sent me a TEXT with the address of the closing, and that he was on vacation. And a perfunctory congratulations on the purchase. Finally closed almost a full month late.
