My home buying process was a pleasant one. My "team" was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. They were encouraging, helpful and readily available to assist me in any way that they could. I never felt overwhelmed or stressed because I knew
that they had my back. I'm still in awe at how well and smooth things flowed because of my "team". "Team Awesome rocks!"



Ediri - our loan coordinator was not very helpful to our experience. She seemed slow in communicating and was not responsive when we had concerns about issues. Towards the end we ended up preferring to communicate with Rob.

Remind customers to update contact info before any appointments get made, otherwise they will be surprised when someone comes to sign closing paperwork especially when they received no prior communication about it. Also, all the forms that need to be signed should absolutely have signature lines, let's work smarter not harder.

Buying a home is hard enough, but Veterans United made it super easy. Answered all our questions throughout the process and made the process smooth and stress free for our family.

From top to bottom amazing experience. I was nervous going into this process being a first time home buyer but they were with me from start to finish! Did a great job explaining the steps, process and paperwork all while answering any question I had.







The only negative about our experience is with Nina Eacker. At first she was there to answer questions and help update the process but the last 3 weeks couldn't get her to respond to emails, phone calls or text. The only one who would get back was Carrie Freeman. So thank you again again Carrie. Still would recommend veterans United to anyone. Thank for helping us find our home!



Wish I would have known they all text off same number. They were all very helpful and easy to work with.
