My loan team was great. I called more times than they probably wanted but were always patient, kind, and answered all my questions as best they could. They even joked with me to help relieve my stress. Jerry "Show Me The MONEY" Landrey did an awesome but Courtney "Happy" Gilmore "Girls" went way beyond the call of duty and always made me feel like I was the number one customer she had. I have been in customer service since I was 8 years old and 49 years of customer service experience says that she is the best. She always had a smile on her face (you could hear it in her voice) and walked me through one of the toughest times in my life. I told Jerry that she made him look 10 times better by being on his team and working with him. I told her she deserves a raise after all her patience she portrayed with dealing with me. I am so glad I went with United and am super glad that I had the team I had working for me in this adventure. If you haven't figured out by now, I really liked my team. Thanks for all the hard work and helping me to jump through all the right hoops to get through this time.R A Jordan

Veterans United has easy steps to follow, when buying a home. They have a great team, that works with you. We trust Veterans United ! We have bought homes, twice with their service. They care about the Veteran, and personalize a plan, to make your dream of a home come true! We are very satisfied customers.

Working with veterans United was stress free. Loan officer and staff was amazing in their quick response to any question or request I had. I would definitely recommend them.

Would recommend Veterans United to all Veterans. They had it all done in just 34 days. And it all went better than expected.

All aspects were well planned and executed.

I would recommend a bit more communication during the process. It got a bit frustrating that we were not hearing anything for a couple is months. Also, every few days our bank account would get accessed. It was not until I said something that it stopped. If you are online security and identity conscious, this is a bit alarming especially since it seems for no apparent reason. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would use Veterans United again. Very top notch and on the ball.

Staying in contact was the key with me and they did a his every step of the way. Outstanding team and answered the hard questions

Name of reference for any veterans that’s on the market looking to buy a home.
Thank you

Due to credit misreporting issues, I almost couldn't qualify for a VA loan. Even though I wasn't qualified, they directed me to Patty, a free credit-advising specialist with VU. She found the error and wrote a letter for me to dispute with to update the information. If it weren't for her, I would not have been able to get my lovely new home. Thank you so much to the entire VU team for all of your hard work!

If your experience is like ours was, highly recommend pressing for timeline and setting expectations, else don't be surprised when your closing moves three times within 1 week because there was no communication and no coordination on these matters from the "loan specialist" team. Not happy. No communication, no phone calls, so absent.
