Travis and his team worked with me for over 11 months to help me find my home and get it purchased. The biggest help was Veterans United pairing me with Pedro Carrizales to be my boots on the ground Realtor. Him and Travis helped me to make over 12 offers on homes during this crazy market we are in. We traveled and looked at numerous homes and had to make tweaks to offers and get new preapproval letters as we went along. Finally, we found a builder and was able to secure a lot and a floor pan that worked. It was a long road, but their communication and advice made it all easier to accomplish. Veterans United will do everything they can to speed up the process but they are dependent on homebuyer information provided to be accurate and required documentation to be provided/submitted quickly. Veterans United will take it from there and you won’t be unsatisfied with the progress.
Such a great experience from beginning to end!!! Smooth transition from one task to the next! Veterans United handled everything. All I had to do was submit my documents. Honestly it was the easiest experience. Everything was done ahead of scheduled! The loan specialists were always there to answer my questions and guide me through the process. I couldn’t be happier!!
VU was very easy to work with. The online portal with "To-Do" list is a great tool to organize documents and submit requests which keeps the ball rolling through the process. I totally recommend using Veterans United!!
