I'm not super happy that I was told this was a no out of pocket refinance to reduce my interest rate. When reviewing my documents I noticed they just added an additional 3K on my loan to pay for points. Very misleading. Also didn't appreciate picking my closing date/time just to have the notary call me and tell me that time didn't work for her. Why ask me if I can't have the time I choose.
VA loans can sometimes be dificult to navigate due to the rules and regulations. Nathan and Rynda made it transparent and smooth.
