Moved to TX from Michigan! Couldn’t decided between two LO. Decided to go with the Husband of our Relator. BIGGGG MISTAKE. Once we fired them, we contacted Kyle R. We said “Kyle we are 11 days from closing can you keep this on track”? Kyle answered our call at 8:30pm and said YES! He not only made it happen, he did it with CONFIDENCE KINDNESS ASSURANCE CLARITY EASE AND WE CLOSED. Kyle actually had us CTC 4 days earlier then our scheduled closing but we chose to keep original closing date due to Sellers needs!
