They have been very helpful and got us into a house that is amazingly beautiful and in an amazing area for my kids 100%recommend
Veteran's United was good in the sense that there were some financial issues getting to closing and as a lender, Veteran's United worked through them and completed the deal. The only criticisms I have are that this was my first time working with Veteran's United. I am accustomed to more direct communications like phone calls from loan officers regarding issues that arise. When I asked for this, I think I offended the loan processor but all this took place when Zach was away from the office. As soon as he was back in, things got back on track.
Michael and Chris were excellent, incredible quick and efficient and made my job effortless.

A very smooth process from start to finish. Scott and his team were very helpful, supportive and efficient.
Overall excellent service and the team moved the process incredibly quickly. Myvu was a great resource and made it easy to plow through everything. Only complaint is that VU had too many cooks in the kitchen and at times not everyone was in synch...not a huge deal but a bit annoying. All in all, very good experience though!
