The professionals at Veterans United ensure that Veterans and their families are taken care of. They go above and beyond to ensure the process is smooth and all your questions are answered from start to finish. Very competitive with rates, closing cost and upfront with fees so there are no surprises later in the process.

As a veteran I would highly refer veterans United the have the knowledge skills and friendly staff that will help you with everything from credit issues to get you pre approved to the documents for the loan right through closing and there staff helped me with getting the insurance and alarm system for the house and if I could give them a 100 star rating I would

My husband and I have never used the VA before to secure a home loan. We felt the VA wasn't competitive and made the process too long and too difficult. With Veterans United, we discovered that all our preconceptions were completely wrong and unfounded. With the help of Stephen Erickson and Noah Webber at VU, the process of getting a home loan with zero down, a great rate, and a timely, uncomplicated closing was easy and almost painless. Our team at VU was able to get things done faster than the conventional loan process, specifically the appraisal, which can take weeks and even months in some cases, was done in days and the appraisal was slightly above the purchase price. Run, don't walk, to Veterans United for your next home loan!

Mrs. Seboldt was outstanding and ensured everything was always communicated to her client. Highly recommend Melissa Seboldt for your home buying.

Great experience! I will use Veterans United in the future.

Olivia Robinnet is amazing. She was always on top of tasks that needed to be complete.

Greta crew everyone who was involved and Kate was very helpful!

I wouldn’t change a thing. Everyone was great at what they do.

It was a quick and smooth experience.

We ended up closing on our house eleven days after our original closing date due to a few reasons. These reasons did not come to light until after the closing date had passed. It turned out that the current tenants of the house were required to sign a notice to vacate letter before a "cleared to close" would be issued - this was not brought to our attention until the following week.It would have been nice to know about this information ahead of time, but being as this may be a somewhat unique situation, I do not want to ding rating points on Veterans United for this reason, in the end no additional fees were incurred by either party. No harm; no foul.

This is the best company out there for Veterans. They are what all other companies should strive to be.
