The very first moment we wanted to dip our toes in the water of being first time homebuyers, we were lost and didn't know what to do. Since I am a disabled veteran, I was told to get a hold of Veteran's United to seek help. We did. Our credit scores weren't really up to par then. So, we couldn't get the ball rolling just yet. However, Veteran's United did not just leave us in the wind. They referred us to a professional to help us get our credit scores where it needs to be. Fast forward, our credit scores got better, and we were paired with Nick Intrieri (and his team) and Matt Suiter (our real estate agent). The process was smooth. Any questions we had, our team was able to answer them (didn't matter the time nor day). They never made us feel insignificant nor dumb. I would highly recommend them!

For me this has been a blessing to have had the opportunity to buy a home and never have to step into a financial institution to do so. And have all the support and professional assistant throughout the process.


Veterans United was exceptional in every way. From pre-approval through closing everyone on the loan team led by Molly Winkle was there for me.
They answered all my questions and were available throughout the loan approval process. The system Veterans United uses to notify you of your responsibilities and the things they need you to review and approve was perfect. I always knew where we were in the process.

the title company that was chosen was worthless as well executive title. The wouldn't answer the phone to tell me how they wanted what form of payment. They then gave me the wrong number. I sat there in the conference room for 30 min she comes in tells me they did not tell her I was there. Then she comes back after 35 mins after I finish signing and she told me they forgot about me to write a check and have the title company send back whatever paper work they needed to sign. The whole process was unprofessional and I'm happy its over.

Loan process was not conducted in an efficient manner. Delays in processing caused not only additional expenses to clients, i.e, credit card interest fees, but also additional frustration. Loan Specialist did not provide follow up phone call to client on any loan process. After seven (7) home purchases and closings and three (3) refinances: none of these processes had any problems. Veterans United Home Loans was the worst Home Loan process we have experienced.
