You guys really need to choose a different appraisal company or appraisers. The appraiser that was hired from veterans United caused my closing date to be pushed back 4-5 days due to errors on the appraisers part. Very frustrating when not everyone is taking this as seriously as they should be. It’s a major purchase, do your job correctly. Veterans United itself was pleasant as well as the real estate agent they paired me with. Just need different appraisers.
Veterans United is the only place that has provided us with a pleasant home buying experience and we would highly recommended a home loan through them any day!
