I strongly recommend that you coordinate with the “team”, I use that loosely, every few days. This process is fast moving at the end, but as long as you give/supply the information or documents required from you in the beginning things should be fine.

An overall great experience
Please let potential veterans know that VA Approval is NOT a loan approval and be open and upfront by checking the CAIVRS report first. This caused us great difficulty as we were under contract for weeks before we ever found out about this report.
