I would just again stress that communication with first time buyers could increase. And maybe I just didn't read something along the way or something. But a phone call after each step is initiated to go over next steps would be very helpful.

Veteran’s United is a wonderful company to work with! Their loan specialists are extremely knowledgeable and thorough and put your interests first. The process is extremely easy and moves along quickly. Their rates are great and there are many other added services that you can benefit from.
The over all experience was good but a few things felt very forced and our of our control and even out of our ability to ask what they were or why somethings where happening without the team acting like we were an inconvenience. As a first time buyer I was not happy with how this was handled and even looked at options of changing mortgage companies because if how I felt it was being handled
