The phone system was so horrific when we had an issue with our loan that we had to ask Eric to run interference when we should have been able to resolve things easily over the phone. We found this to be impossible, and when we finally did get a real person, they seemed pretty clueless.





I cannot recommend Veterans United enough. A couple months ago I knew nothing about buying a house and never would have imagined myself in one already. My team helped educate me on the process and move things in the right direction while always keeping me in the driver's seat. When it came time to close on my house I did so with the confidence that I was making the right choice for me and my family. Without Veteran's United, I wouldn't be writing this review in the living room of MY house.






Communication: fantastic in beginning with quick responses and great customer info, but after I paid the (hefty) appraisal amount there was Radio Silence for almost 2 weeks. I thought I got scammed. No one, was answering me despite 4 people being on my team. I didn't feel supported. In the end everything got sorted out and the Communication came back but wasn't stellar. I couldn't get anyone on the phone and the answer time was about a day.

However, I’m truly sorry for the gap in communication you experienced after paying for the appraisal. Waiting in silence—especially after such a big payment—can be incredibly frustrating and unsettling. You should never feel left in the dark, and it’s disappointing to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations for responsiveness and support during that time.
