Veterans United is extremely well organized with a solid team supporting them. They know the ins and outs of VA loans and are quick to answer any questions. My only disclaimer I would say for them is that while they will offer you a credit for using their recommended realtor, etc; they will not give you any figures on this credit and application. If you have a realtor already lined up that you enjoy and trust, stick with them. I have yet to figure out exactly what credit we received from using their recommended realtor. We did get a VERY good interest rate (we also have very good credit) so they are definitely competitive in giving you a good interest. As with any other company of course, it will be dependent on your credit rating, the market, etc.
I also like how all of the signing, document viewing, uploading, etc can all be accomplished on their webpage. This makes the process incredibly fast when it comes to all parties signing, reviewing, etc.
If you are a first-time VA Loan user, I would definitely recommend them for their knowledge and experience with these loans. They will be with you every step of the way.
