My wife and I had banked with Wells Fargo for about 25 years, when purchasing our third home. With all of our prequalification in place with Wells Fargo months in advance, they could not close a loan within the original contracted time. In California's tight housing market, this almost dropped us from contract. With no prior relationship with Veterans United, a loan is processed and closed as stated without any hassle. We have done purchase and refinance transactions with Veterans United with ease. They have continue to impress us with each transaction. Mason and his team are truly a dream team.

I recommend Veteran's United. I never really heard of them before this, but just like their Rob Riggle commercials, they were a pleasant surprise. The team I worked with was very responsive at every step of the way. My loan was given an excellent interest rate. During my process of buying a home we did hit a road block with the appraisal where it came in significantly lower than expected, I was provided excellent instruction on how to handle this by the team I worked with from every member, whether it be the loan team or their recommended Realtor, and it did result in an increase in the value of the home.I hope if you select them you feel as informed and confident through the process as I was with Daniel Perry Bailey Baker, and Dan Hamel.
Veterans United is the way to go if you're a Veteran and looking to buy a home. Nick Holman and his team were wonderful to work with. Rebecca Fowler was our Transaction Coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly and we closed on our home a week early.
Karol Hart was absolutely amazing from the start. She made the process easy and answered all questions within reasonable time frames, often at weird times. Would definitely recommend her and Veterans United. Also a big thank you to Melissa Hodges as well who helped throughout the process as well. Both deserve praise and appreciation. Thank you again.
This was one of the worst experiences I've had. I would never use veterans home united again, and further more I go out of my way to tell people what a horrible experience I had using veterans united, and what horrible agents they have.
