Like the flat rate and being able to take care of items myself rather then waiting for someone else to get the job done. Also as items were cleared you get immediate feedback.

Overall, our experience was satisfying. The minor complaints above are honest and stern. We understand how some of the comments can be brash, however still honest.

There great they got me right in my new home!

Nobody likes paperwork, especially when most of it is done on a cellphone screen. Even through all that Danny was a pleasure to work with, and the entire time I had the reassurance he was in my corner!

Loved working with all of them. They were great

I would encourage fellow veterans to use Veteran United for their loan agent to purchase their future homes.

I love Veterans United! The overall setup and process makes everything so much easier. They are there to answer questions and will always strive to do their best. I love the fact I used them with my first homebuying experience.

Please make sure you find out about a closing cost don’t go to closing not knowing and have a dear in the headlight look.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Danita, We understand how the home buying process can get stressful, especially when costs are estimated throughout the loan process. While we cannot change the experience you had we want to ensure that no other Veterans have this same experience in the future. We do provide your initial LE to get those fees going and that document is generally received at the very beginning of your loan process. Then there are "change of circumstance" estimates that go out as third party fees come in and finally your initial CD is sent at least three days prior to closing (but generally that goes about a week or two prior). We appreciate your feedback on this matter. The process for disclosing the costs of a loan is managed very closely. We understand how relying on estimates for a portion of the home buying process can seem inconsistent or make it difficult to trust the process. A member of our Client Advocate team is available to gather more detailed information so that we may look to use this opportunity to prevent a similar experience down the road.
Gloria Davey was very helpful.

We very great full for our whole team. Never did we think that the process would be this simple but with them it was

Great people to work with. Matt and Diana were quick to follow up, and always took care of my needs. Thank you.

Veterans United was great my problem was the loan officer Jennifer Heishman was very frustrating her lack of communication, very difficult to get a hold of to answer any questions even our real estate agent struggled to get any sort of response to emails, text messages, or voicemails. I also get like she was very unorganized asking for same paperwork multiple times, we closed late mostly because the night before our “original scheduled” closing date she was still asking he for paperwork because she didn’t previously review what she had. Very frustrating and stressful process with Jenn especially because she just wouldn’t respond or call me back. When I would finally get a hold of her she would respond rudely and have a annoyed tone in her voice. I would recommend searching for another loan officer that communicates and understand how this is a stressful process for the buyers and it doesn’t take long to respond to a simple email something as simple as confirming she received important paperwork.

Everyone we contacted or were put in contact with was a pleasure to work with! 100% recommend and this is our 2nd time
around!
