I wanted to take a moment to genuinely thank everyone on my team at VU for helping me through the process of buying my home. As a first-time homebuyer using a VA loan, I had a lot of questions, moments of stress, and honestly a bit of overwhelm, but their team made the experience feel manageable every step of the way. They were patient, responsive, and always willing to explain things in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which meant a lot during such a big life decision. From the initial application all the way through closing, they helped keep things organized and moving forward while making sure I understood what was happening. Buying a home can definitely be emotional and complicated, but having a team that communicates clearly and genuinely cares makes all the difference. First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned.
