While I would sometimes be left in frustrating positions waiting on answers, it is also understandable due to holidays. Other than that, the team I worked with did an excellent job with providing solutions and helping me overcome any hurdles we came across. Overall it was a good experience.
Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! My team was great. My only issue was the underwriting process and sometimes slow to respond. Other than that, EVERYONE I encountered on my team was very thorough and made me comfortable when it came to finding a home.

The purchase of a home can be one of the most stressful event in one’s lifetime. She let us know what to expect and at the close of the day she would always send an update which was always positive.
