They were great at first but due to the 3 month delay on house issues they didn't respond to a request i made 3 different times. They just kinda forgot about me it seems.

Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! Good communication on follow-up
The communication between team members was poor. I would relay lots of information to someone and they said they would let the team know but then I would talk to someone else and no one else would know. And we would have to repeat everything. That happened several times.

I didn't know how to start the process, but I saw the ad from Veterans United and I'm very glad that I chose them. I've bought houses before, but Veterans United made the process much easier. They did all the work necessary. They found the reality company, made sure that all of our ducks were in a row, and helped with every step and detail.
Ken was the Best! He was very personable and always available! He never made me feel like I was bothersome with all my questions. He went above and beyond to explain in detail any issue I brought to him. He made the process so smooth even when we ran into issues (not due to him) and fought to keep things moving in my favor! Above all he LISTENED! And to prove he listened he sent the most appropriate house warming gift that was exactly our family, not just a run of the mill item!
