Dylan, Evan and their team kept me informed, my stress not so high, kept me in the loop, and didnt hide anything from me as well as answered any and all questions I had. This made my process smoother and I was able to keep mostly calm. They didnt push the envelope nor try to get me to go over my comfortable amount. Really appreciate what they have and continue to do for me in purchasing and even refinancing.

Overall it was a good experiment the loan officers were kinda all over the place when it came to providing information and things you would need. We even asked if we needed certain things way ahead of time and were told no you don’t need it and came down to the last few days and then they asked for the same documents we offered in the first place.
First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
