I truly have never worked alongside a loan officer that shared her personal cell phone number and answered any and all questions outside of business hours! Erinn Cline is a gem of an human and I’m truly grateful for everything she did for us! Home buying can be super stressful and ours indeed fall into that category with so many moving parts, but her kindness and expertise made the loan process easy and seamless! Thank you so much!!!

I did not like how once our offer was accepted we were passed onto another team member without a heads up after working with our loan officer for a few months. Also, I asked multiple times in the beginning what documents were required but days before closing we were needing more documents and stuff was being waited on until last minute like employment verification and I had to remind them a couple of times that we had already provided documents they were asking for. Overall it was pretty easy but organization skills definitely need improved.

After months of working closely with someone, I can see how frustrating it would be to suddenly be passed off without a heads up.
