I can not say enough good things about my loan team. The most helpful group of people I could ever ask for, helping me through such a difficult process. Most of all I felt like they truly cared about my experience.
The team was always available to answer questions and help , making it easy to complete the process of obtaining the loan.
Very good overall. I was asked twice to rate them as 10 out of 10. I don’t care for being asked to rate them a perfect score if that isn’t my actual assessment. That would be dishonest and would not benefit other borrowers nor would help VU in the long run. I rated them as 8 out of 10.
