When I took out my original loan, Veterans United beat all the others. I decided to go with them the process was simple. Later on I decided to refinance my house, and once again, the process was simple, very easy, and I didn't have to leave my house. They had a notary come to me to sign all the documents. Highly recommended, and will continue to you use them with any future VA loans.

Superb customer service and extremely seamless refinance process. I was most impressed with their mostly online system which helped expedite the document collection/refinance process which could be slow when using paper copies. Highly recommend to anyone looking to finance or refinance a home, they definitely take good care of their active duty military servicemembers and veterans!
