We hit a bump in the road with underwriting. Owning your own business required an unusual amount of documentation which pushed back our closing. However, Tyler and Chris stayed on top of everything and were able to keep pushing forward to get our closing done as smoothly as possible. Huge thanks to them for standing by us through the entire process.

Even thou we were not available 10 days after application submitted, this process was the most easiest via on line, submitting forms through their secured website. Once we returned from out of town, all forms requested were submitted asap and the communication with Loan Team from start to finish was impressive to say the least.
