I do think the "to do" lists can be hard to navigate and need some flexibility. Requirements were coming in at the end that required a lot of work. You also can not add to a document once processed even though you have a better document.

Veterans United gave me the clear answers to questions I had about my VA loan when other lenders couldn't. VU also got me a pre-approval within a week for my jumbo loan when my own bank couldn't come up with an answer after five weeks.
