Do not recommend Veterans United in any capacity. If I had the time to pursue other options, even after having signed an agreement, I would gladly have forfeited the $3,500 earnest money to look elsewhere for financing and realty service. I simply did not have the time and had to close with this situation, as bad as it was.

When property types or loan products change, all the fees and estimates will need to be updated and may result in overall changes or updates. We understand how the process of selecting the right property and loan for a VA home loan can sometimes lead to changes along the way, but clear and concise communication is key in these times. This is our first refinance of our loan. The initial loan process and the refinance process was so smooth and pain-free. Anne Kuster kept us informed the entire way on both loans and as long as you are able to return documents that they request in a timely manner, everything will be smooth.
